Ferrari Blog takes life February 15th, 2006.Ferrari - It\'s a long, wonderful journey.

Born from the passion of former student (now web entrepreneur) Cristiano Giardina, it treats tifosi from all over the world to the latest news and articles about the company, the cars and the men behind the dream developed by Enzo Ferrari.

Since April 2008, aside from the owner and the guest contributors, Ferrari Blog hosts the articles written by Giorgio Matteoli, a very skilled freelance writer and Ferrari freak since childhood.

What is the best or easiest way to replace or rebuild the Master Brake unit on a 1985 308?

    Giorgio,
I am Bonnie Ember, an Indie Film maker.
I wanted to let the Ferrari Blog, know about the Russo and Steele auctions, which sell Ferrari’s.
I consigned my 1966 427 Corvette to their Monterey Auction, 8/15/8. The car sold, & not for what I had in it, & 3 weeks later I call to ask why I have not been paid.
I am told that I am not being paid because the wheel fell off. No one called me.
Next, on 9/6 Drew the owner emails me that I caused a near fatal crash w/minor injuries & that I am negligent. The crash was to have occurred on the 101 freeway but the Police have no record of this happening. No evidence, neither did they turn in the mandatory DMV accident report.
(I had Corvette Mike safety check the car, before it went to auction. The wheel was not loose when it went under the hammer.)

We have seen the car & the wheel came off, but not at freeway speeds. The car was driven 80 miles from the time of sale. An auto engineer has said that the rotor maybe turned 3 revolutions on the concrete. No way did the wheel come off at freeway speeds.
What is important for all Ferrari owners who may think of consigning their car to this auction, is that in the contract, there is a clause that states that Russo can keep the money on your sale if their are mechanical problems.
He does not have to prove anything. Then you have to pay for someone else’s error.
(The car had Knock Off’s on it & had to be checked each time you got in the car.) The D.A. has said that Drew was negligent for not disclosing this to his bidders.
Because of all of the above, DMV fraud, The D.A. & City Attorney’s of Monterey have all contacted me. The contract has several issues that are illegal, & this is embezzlement according to DMV Fraud.
I don’t want anyone to go through what I am going through.
If you want to see the youtube on this car, it is on:

Drew Alcazar said he would sue me if I exposed him. I just want my car or my money. I would accept the damage these idiots have done to my body off restoration Corvette. I told him that if he did not pay me, I would revoke his license to steal.

Please pass this on. Once you give him your car, it is no longer your car, & you will have to fight & loose sleep, like me, to get your car back.

    Thank you,

    Bonnie Ember
